Opossum
Opossum typically enter homes seeking food or warmth. They may take up residence in attics, crawl spaces, or under porches. Raccoon

Groundhog problems primarily stem from their extensive burrowing behavior, which can damage gardens, lawns, foundations of homes and even injure livestock by creating large holes in the ground. They also frequently eat crops, gnaw on tree bark and can potentially spread diseases like rabies.
Skunk
Skunk may find their way into homes and seek shelter in crawl spaces, sheds, or under decks. When a skunk feels threatened, it may spray a strong-smelling liquid as a defense mechanism. Their presence can be a nuisance due to the odor they emit and they may dig burrows in yards. It’s important to handle skunk infestations carefully to avoid getting sprayed and are also know to carry rabies.
Fox
Foxes can be a nuisance in urban areas, where they can dig, defecate, and raid bins. They can also carry diseases that can be transmitted to humans and their pets, such as rabies.
Coyote
Coyote can be a threat to pets and people. They may attack and kill small pets unattended, mistaken as prey, like cats, or large dogs they see as a threat.

We do understand all wildlife can be unpredictable and very clever at times, but we do offer 1 year return guarantee on the original entry point/s except for mice and rats. However, if the Wildlife creates an alternate entry point, we would then have to create a separate work order.
If the animal returns or finds their way in to the original site opening, we will come back to remove the animal and make any further adjustments.
Yes, we use humane & ethical practices on all of our jobs. The last thing we want to do is cause any extra stress to the animal.
